re gq chassis

Post by projectmkduel »

i'm after something custom not something someone else has already engineered.... everything has its limits so i want to build something different.... if you worry about cost then you shouldn't be building cars

Yer, SPOA.

Nope. They are mounted to a custom mount close to the T-case.

So do you think that that GQ diffs and suspension could be grafted onto the MK chassis.

of course it can.....but is it road legal in Oz?

you would be better off just doing custom trailing arms/links and panhard then using GQ stuff. Get a better set up in the end and likely cheaper.

GQ diffs are wider, Wicked knows exactly how much.

Rear - Yes but is it worth it over a 4 link, IMHO No.
Front - Need to work out steering and Panhard mount..... Possible....
