GQ AUTO QUESTION

Post by mudtrekka »

My auto has begun to puase a bit when put in reverse to when it starts moving, also a slight slip as it goes into third. My question is, is the auto stuffed? Can it be adjusted? Change fluid? Or any help on what problem is. thanks.

I would start by gettin it serviced... go see Rodney at Wholesale Autos in Bayswater or call him and talk to him.... he will discuss shit with you on phone.

New fluid will never hurt, but i would go with Bogged's advice as well.

your box is probably on the way out.
the bad fluid has already done the damage.

if you change the oil and put in a conditioner it may prolong the inevitable.

make sure when you change the oil you FLUSH the converter AND the oil in the radiator.
