that is the most pedestrian freindly bar I have seen, Everyone will be running away screaming at how ugly it is that they wont get hit by you.

Man that thing is ugly, ARB are ugly but what have you done :shock:

Was an ARB bar, not any more!!!! Winch frame is made of 6mm plate with some 8mm gussets and mounting renforcements. The top tubing and number plate mount is all the is left of the orginal bar.

cheers mate the main piece across the back is 150x150x8 angle and i just folded the sides up out of 3 mm and braced it back to the chassis. i had to build it to suit a 2" body lift so i just packed it up with 50x50 box where it sat ot the chassis. took a bit of time and thinking but having all the right gear helped a lot.

STRUTH just out of interest how much it cost you to knock that up, you wouldnt have any drawing designs or a break down of how you built it, looks really nice, wouldnt mind something like that on my 80 series.
