Any idea on where I can get some flares for the front wheel arch for a 40 series?

Bunnings. Plastic lawn/garden edging and a packet of self drilling screws ;)

I ended up going with this and it works. Not the nicest looking, but should be fine for getting over the pits and was cheap. Here's the result:
