can someone tell me what the hell this hole in the side of my brothers gearbox is for... what happens when you go through water and it gets in there>>>????

im new with the photo thing so lets see how i go

its just a inspection hole should have a rubber gromit in it nothing to wory about
current truck, 105 series GXL diesel 6" springs & twin pro lockers
sierra LWB spoa one wide track diffs twin locked

when you go through water it goes in the hole :BIG:
don't worry about it
85 high roof 1.3, 6.5 tc, air lockers,ruf and 34 swampers. yep its an ugly pos.
