can anyone tell me if i can put a LSD into my 90 model 80s?
its a gxl/constant 4wd.

any help appreciated

your rear is already LSD however its age indicates it probably doesn't h ave much "limited" but plenty of "slip".

you can put one in the front if you like driving in a straight line (no matter which way you point the steering).

I have an lsd in the front of my Rangie - toy conversion with 100 series diff in front - and I have no problems with turning or any other handling issues.

If it were a Nissan lsd then that would be a different story. Toy ones are as good as farked by the third round-a-bout.

yeah im talking about the rear.but it doesnt have a lsd tag on it.
i have another one that i was going to shim up and put it in.
has anyone else had any luck shiming them??
