HJ 75 Bucket Seat conversions

Post by zookprojectfnq »

Hi
I'm wanting to put more comfortable bucket seats into my HJ 75 and I Know monza and saas seats nearly bolt onto the original runners but im wondering if any one else has put sports sedan seats like say, magna vrx or astina or surf seats or something that slightly wraps around and has good lumbar support. Photos would be nice.

I had the monza seats in my triton aswell as a pair of recaros in my cruiser.
They were not only tight around my arse, but the side of the chairs have a large bump, to keep youre legs in. This bump turned out to be more of a pain in the arse than the tight squeeze as everytime you get in and out of the car you cop the side bump and it becomes rather annoying as it makes it harder to get in and out..

Better off fitting some VY or XR seats or silmilar...nice and soft with room to move and still keep you in the chair when driving.

my 2 cents worth anyway.

i just fitted BA falcon XR6 seats in my bj70 and the hump which holds your leg/arse in place is a pain i would fit flatter seats eg my gu patrol has a flatter seat easier to get in and out of
