Long live the zook. Well it will be to i get a new t/case, found out why it was jumping out of gear. Worn synchro ring which stripped the teeth of the gears, so when you rebuild your case check you synchro rings, before you put it back together. regards

I had the same problem with H-L after i installed my twin sticks.I worked out that there wasn't enough pressure on the detent ball after removing the middle ball so i added an extra spring on both selectors just in case.
from memory i used biro springs inside the original spring.
I going back to std, so i will be having a fire sale soon of bit's Yes mate the syncro rings, are the brass bits. Just check the selector fork, and ring that puts them in gear as mine stuffed the shaft.Sorry there are no syncro rings in the T/case just a fork and ring.Apologies that i stuffed up.
