does anyone no a web site were i can get a manual on rebuilding my carbie its one of the side draft ones that came on the f10a or is there is there a thread on here about it ?????? my carbie is pissin out so any help would b great coz i wanna do it tomoro at work

mate theres not much to em. just lay it out on a clean bench as you pull it apart. the jet/emulsion tube etc.. will only go in one place so you cant mix it up. float gets set from 10mm in from the bottom corner of the float to the bottom side of the sealing surface (without gasket) think its about 42mm but i'll get back to you with the definate correct float level and try and get you a pic too.


once I rebuilt my 1 litre carby I have never had any problems with it stalling from angles or being hard to srart on angles. they are a great standard setup.

heres the best I can do mate, my scanners broken but you'll get the idea.

dont go by the float levels in my previous post, I was wrong. the ones in the pic are straight from my zook manual for sj410
