I gotta build me a 45 :armsup: they just look tuff as.
TufO45 & go the luxi that white beast is exactly what I want to build but with a shorter tray.

it's never a problem until it can't be fixed, even then it' only a minor set back

not sure how to add pics,but i was going to build the old mid 60s 40 in my shed with the 327 chebby in it,had my 45 ute up for sale on here,had the old beast out to get pics and i just cant sell it :roll: ill have to sell the 40 instead,damn id kill for more shed room,i have 6 cruisers,i need to get rid of 3,hmmmmmmmmmm

Love the 40s.

I saw a 45 the other day, turbo 1HZ, everything brand new, full 80 series chassis/driveline, just the 45 body bolted on. Looke so great.
hands and mums dont count!!!

hey fellas awesome thread. Mine is a work in progress and its come to a stand still as i have moved away for a little while so photos don't show all of whats going on but u get the idea.


308 (soon to be on gas)
80 series radiator
swb with ute tub( not on yet but in the back yard somewhere)
38x13 maxxis creepys
longfield cv's and front axle
chromo hub gears
4x4 high steer arms
60 series hubs
rebuilt brakes f+r
spring over
custom length springs
3 inch extended shackles


more plans are,
shackle reversal
lockers
finish the 60 series power steering
re wire
some spotties

Mines just a 77 with 305 Chev, holley truck avenger Carby, 4" of total lift and home made rear bar with swing aways.
Soon to be on a SWB 80s chassis with coils, widened body and a blower with injection set up.
