just wanting to know do they have low range?
and do they have a full chasi-can a body lift be done

Yes (for the low range), and yes (for the chassis.)

Keep in mind they've got airbags- I'm not sure how they'd go (operation wise) with a body lift?

I've got a 2004 Limited auto, so if you've got any further specification questions I should be able to answer them.

only the xl7 has 7 seats....hence why there is a 7 in xl7.

Yes, if you compare the two the XL-7's are significantly longer in the body (and longer in wheel base). The stock GV wouldn't have a hope of fitting another row of seats in.

The difference is obvious from the side on view- compare the length of the last window.

You also get the larger 2.7l engine, a 5 spd auto (vs 4spd for the same year GV or pre 2004 XL-7), and a 2nd aircon unit for the rear two rows of seats.
