RD28T turbocharger on TD42
Hi, have a turbocharger from a 2.8 and can install onto my 4.2 for cost of oil lines and some piping. Not after power (obviously) just a little more gusto when loaded up. Will this make a difference? Or will there be any negative effects? Cheers.
96 GQ LWB, Rd28T, nothing exciting, but CLEAAAAAN. 2" Kings flexy's, long shocks, custom dump, 3" zorst, fuel screw meddled with.
2.8
definately 2 small. i fitted a 3lt gu turbo 2 my 4.2 and it was excellent as it spooled up early but it exploded pretty soon. very expensive if they go through the motor.
only the first roll hurts, then its a ride..
