tips for changing brake shoes on fj45

ok i bought the car last week drove it home with no brakes jacked up today rears very low and drums very loose,thr fronts had no meat at all and drums are loose does anyone have any tips on drum brakes and also how tight should the drums fit back on should i rebleed the system when i change shoes aswell

fit new shoes and drums then ajust them from behind the backing plate till there just starting to drag
