Maybe the master cylinder isn't big enough. Go 80 series master and booster.

Use the master out of a cressida bolts straight up and has more volume than an 80 series master.. much cheaper at the wreckers to $15 compared to $80..

What are the Master Cylinder piston diameters for the Cressida and Camry?

Also, if you are running drums on the rear still make sure you get a drum rear master cylinder or you will have issues due to different residual valve pressures
