Windscreen repair vic

Post by chimpboy »

I have a windscreen chip that I am pretty sure can be repaired without replacement of the screen. Does anyone know anyone good in Vic SE suburbs? Preferably mobile but around bayswater would be alright otherwise.

I used obriens, came to work and fixed it for me... pricey, $75, depends if you have windscreen cover on your insurance (and its getting toward the end of your period and havent used it yet ;) ) but cheaper than a new windscreen i spose.

At last years 4WD show there was a mob selling the DIY kits, from memory they were about $70 and you could do several chips from them and the goo lasted 5 years.
Cheers,
Dan.
