Front - mazdas with 2 ome lifted springs mixed into the packs?
Front - cause i have no BL and dont want one i cant fit 9012's so i think 9112's the next size smaller will do the trick - will most likely be making new shock towers
Rear - not sure i realy like the way my brothers paraboilcs are working under his with load leafs in an a aluminium tray
Rear - 9012's on custom mounts which have been made at work - pretty flash actually
Front i have the big balls S arm
Extended shackles are cut for the rear - front will be cut tommorow - out of 8mm plate Mild steel
What do you think?
And nick will the mazdas go in the rear on the stock mounts or not?

bubs the mazdas will go straight into the back, the length is somewhere between the hilux and IFS rear length, so about 2 inch longer than the rears but alittle shorter than the IFS
Ford towers, e5tz 18183a and they are 140 a pair, and i checked, they need a body lift although they will fit if you cut an inch or so out the bottom.

Nick - for the shock towers i made some at work - the are a single piece which folds around - and then weld a cap on the top for where the shock bolts to

hilux rears work fine up front but the front spring hanger needs to be move forward 1 inch for a nice shakel angle also the shakel will hit the
frame mount for the body if you dont move the spring hanger
you will also need to shorten the torqe rod . diff will end up about 3 inches forward. crossover steering is the best solution you need it with the travel you will get

Yeah sorry, i've got cross-over steering using an ifs box.
I used Hilux rear spings in the front not mazda.
The issue with the torque rod, just take it off.
I Run twin cases and never had any effect on axle wrap, just take ya time and set up the front springs correctly and you wont have a problem.
I thought of using mazda b2600 rears but found some Ford Explorer rears and used them, there heaps longer which helps for flex but you do need to move your shackle points though.
The height issue i cant help you with, i just played around till i got it pretty close, and know i cant remember whats what.
