Blue Plate For 35" Tires

Is it possible to get 35" Coopers blue plated in QLD? :D If so can anyone put me in touch with an inspector in the central qld area.Spoke to Shannons todays with regards to insurance and they said they would cover me no matter what tires I was running.

in queensland you can only run up to a 33 inch tyre on a patrol, l/c etc i think
