what happend to phil noble and the 100series from W.A? didnt see either of them driving today? im guessing it was more then an electrical fault that phil got in the mud run....seemed to be a few others missing aswell?

also heard everyone got full points for the mudrun or something?

no points/full points ...works out the same.

Ah after the mog went through everyone (that i saw) had to winch. Talk about boring. Except for ABT ( i think it was?..it was late) who tried to be creative and give the crowd what they had been wanting for the last 3 hours but only to get DNFd for some stupid reason by the officials. I rekn he should have just kept going anyway...he was gunna make it  :finger:

im not exactly sure y they canned the points, probably half completed, most by winching. on friday night team mog got stuck near the 40 point mark and dug it out 4 about 7-8 min which no one could get through without winching only a couple completed b4 the mog came out

They stuffed up on the mud run. Told no one was allowed to winch on Friday but then allowed them to winch on Saturday.

Phil Noble had a failure with his dry sump system and siezed is motor solid

Pete's Truck was awesome   Tazz didn't even get out of the truck on at least 4 events

He did very well as usual, I wouldn't be surprised if he did each course whilst whistling, they walked it through. :)

The kamkaze 80 'big white fridge' suffered a nice blow, wouldn't like to be dressing that wound, Yeouch!

Great weekend.

Thanks to all the organisers and helpers!!!

and particularly the guys who kept my rig running as often as possible!!
layto, dirty curty, scott and todd from the RT club, bogez, pommy and crew, and the stanilands. when my rear link bent and snapped my pinion, then put a hole through my fuel tank on heart break ridge i thought i was done.... but the guys all pitched in and got me sorted!!

great to see soo many people from soo many teams lending parts, and time and tools for the greater good.

if you think the daytime tracks were wild, you should have seen the drive to the mystery night hehe it was more then expected.

Peter A winnin was obvious but anyone know who was the best of the rest?
That seemed hotly contested.
As the comentator put it...
peter Antunac (sp?) first and daylight a distant second...
:D
