1988 hj62 sahara goodies into a hj60 Q? on brake booster

Post by rod baker »

hi all i have embarked on the now seemingly bloody hard job of transfering all the extra,s/good bits from a sahara into my older 60 series
the whole dash n wiring loom from front to rear and all 3 rows of seats which means cutting brackets out of one and welding them into the other the poor sahara was so rusty and there was no possibility for repair chassis ok but nothing else .I will be putting in the rear aircon and the fridge /centre consol ,dash ,cental locking, electric windows and the flares man it is taking a while

ONE MAIN QUESTION it would appear that the brake booster on the auto sahara is a double diphram type and there fore should give better braking can anyone corrrect me if im wrong will it help cos i have had trouble pulling her up with loaded carfloat on occaision
thanks all rod
