Replacing Triton Centre Bearing Question?

HI can anyone tell me if theres something i need to know before going ahead replacing a centre bearing on my MK Triton.

i havent taken the tailshaft out before and is the a method or prcedure to remove the bearing and replace it?

It causes the car to slightly shake at 100km/h, compared to a new one, i can push the tailshaft around with lots of movement and the rubber seems so soft i can poke my finger right into it.

Lifted Hiluxes have a similar problem and a lot of blokes space the centre bearing down a bit to reduce the propshaft angle or convert to a one piece shaft.
I've heard of this Triton problem quite a bit but understand that due to the centre crossmember/t-case/gearbox location it's virtually impossible to convert to a one piece propshaft. The only option is to space the centre bearing down but without looking at one in detail I don't know how easy that actually is.
I understand the newer Tritons with the super select t/case have a one piece propshaft so won't have the same vibration issues with a lift. The super select case is around 4" longer than the standard version so probably allows it to clear the centre crossmember so a one piece shaft can be used.

Just mark all 3 sections of the joint before you pull it apart and put it together the same way so the uni joint are back in line. Apposing eachother.
