I would decode that as a rear wall for a duel cab gu patrol.

I'm not sure who makes them anymore, a company I did work for bought them in but the bloke that made them retired and sold all the jigs.

gupootrol - Thanks for the clarification.

The only oes I know about were fully fabricated by a sheet metal shop or an actual ute cab was cut up and used.
