Auto sump drain plug

Anyone know where I can get a weld in drain plug to fit to a th700 sump? I asked my parts guy and he said to leave it with him... that was a month ago :?

find a nut and a bolt you like

and weld the nut to the sump?

could grind the hex's flat if you dont want the "welded nut" look.

Cut the nut in half if you want it hanging down less, etc.

any fine threaded nut and bolt will do.
dont weld it to the bottom, weld it to the side of the sump.

also, you dont need to weld from the outside of the sump, just drill your hole a tad bigger than the diameter of the bolt, and then tack the nut on from the inside of the sump,

when you put a hard plastic washer on the bolt this will be a total seal.

while you have the sump of, make sure you put another bung in so you can run a oil temp sensor :)

you could use and aftermarket 02 sensor weld in fitting comes with bolt for blocking the hole to.
