what kind of garret on 4.2 diesel?

any one know what the spec's are of the turbo's most workshop's are using. Are they a garret item with a t3 flange or what? Any help would be smick.

Mate, before you get flamed to death, do a search on here and then have a look on the garrett site.... GT28xx is the general go though

if i was to buy a new turbo it would most likely be the disco potato with the smaller .63 turbine housing.

most places have their own turbo that they like. their is no single answer to your question.
