im trying to find out the standard rate of mq/mk springs or close enought to what the rating is any help would be good

Give me some measurements and I can give you the rates.

I would need:

Number of leaves in each pack
Thickness of each leaf (middle and ends - to check if tapered)
Eye-Eye measurement with springs perfectly flat (or best estimate)
If the leaf ends are square cut, flattened, or v-cut
