Post by outback_pootrol »

just last night i put a set of ifs rears into my gen1 lux and did the rears up front, i bought a set if 2 inch lifted ifs rears and i pulled my old rear springs out which was a 2 inch lift aswell, and theyre exactly the same, if anything the gen 1 rear springs pushed the diff back like 5mm more than the ifs,

You have been supplied the wrong set of rear springs. IFS springs are longer than Gen 1 rear springs.

my ifs springs moved the diff back 4 1/2" with 200mm eye to eye shackles :D

make sure you use a track bar or you will wrap your springs into an 's'
