You can fit 100 metres of shoreline onto a winch drum that normally fits 40 metres of 8mm winch wire. And its really light to, like plasma, so he could easily take it as hand luggage.

spots for a spot welder also come in handy if youve got some welding to do.
they are very versatile.

Don't forget a square bubble for the spirit level the round one does not fit properly between the lines.
