Hi

I have a LN106 1988 2.8 and the tacho has stopped working before it stopped working it would work every now and then like a loose wire or something but I have looked at the connection behind the dash and around the pump but all looks ok

Any Idea's????

They are electronic tachos, when power supply is low they jump all over the place and when there is no power they sit at the bottom, I would expect there is bad woring somewhere, but it could even by in your tacho.
*there's a rock, drive over it :) there's a bigger rock, drive over it :twisted: there's an even bigger rock, oops broke it :oops: Upgrade broken bit :bad-words:

Mine does the exact same thing. I'd also like to know what it could be.

If its occuring in a few rigs then chances are the units themselves start to bugger up.

just buy another one, not that I know who has one... ;)
