Not exactly helpful, but it's amazing the number of 1fz 80s for sale, that run on lpg and have had '3k worth of head work recently done' ;)

We use Ken at Better Heads and have done for over 10 years. Can't recommend him highly enough. Give him a call and have a chat.

Just got my head done up. Had run out of clearance on a exhaust valve and burnt it out. Only needed two new valves but had all new inserts in exhaust side. Cost $1100 with with aftermarket VRS gasket set and new head bolts, shimed up ready to bolt back on. Gasket set usually about 300 and head bolts 100, diffently replace head bolts as you have to to torque head down pretty hard. (i'm in Melbourne)
