hey whats the smallest whinch i could buy that would pull a wrangler out of a sand trap or a bit of mud? cheers.

not very exp with jeeps but in wouldnt imagine anymoere than a 12,000 pound winch... most hiluxs we go with only have 9,000 pound winches...

im sure jeeps weigh less than hilux's...

A 9000 pound winch would be fine ;)

I run a T-Max 8500lb on my XJ, it's the same motor as the 9000 and 10000 but taller gearing for a faster pull but less load. If it isn't enough just run a pulley to half the speed and double the pulling power.
