replacing disk rotors and pads on 80 series

Post by mudlux »

Looking at doing the above to the 80, pads are buggered and screaming like a school girl, I have no dramas changing the pads but I have never changed disk rotors before, is this an easy task? my mechanical skills are limited.

Also should I go 105 series pads for the front? brands? costs?

cheers

go for bendix 105 series pads, more pad surface area.

changing out the rotors is not all that difficult, if you have to do a service on your hubs may as well change the rotors if they are damaged. there is a good write up on offroad80s.com, check that out
