Hi,
I cannot figure out how to remove the gearstick surround boot. Does anyone have any ideas do you need to get underneath?

G`day,
yep like the previous reply you should have 4 bolts one in each corner just lift up the corners of the rubber boot inside the car at the base of the gear shifter, you should see them... mine are phillips head screws. if yours aren`t (Iwould be very suprised if not). spend $2.00 and change them. I have needed to get access a number of times in the 13 years I have owned mine and they have been worth their weight in gold... hope this helps you
