shocks for 79 series?

hey guys
i've finally seen the light and sold my rodeo and am on the hbunt for a hdj79, im going to go with a 3 inch suspension lift by superior and 33's just wondering wat type of shocks should i go with, im a carpenter so i need to carry a bit of weight occasionally but will go out 4 wheelin every weekend?

mate im a chipy as wel and its not really the shocks u got to be worried about they just soften the blows its ya leafs when i got my 2 inch i got a 8 leaf pack witch is rated to around 350 kg and its heaps for a few ladders and and the saw bench on the back with the trailer thats porb just hitting around 800kg and it was still soft enough to go off road i took it down to cruiser park and it went great so hope that helps ya out

mate i got ranco shocks to i failed tell ya lol with the in cab adjustables when i do have a load on the back i put more air in them
