Looking at buying a daily driver for a bit, this zook sounds alright(I did read The gregs sticky post)
Its in a car yard and I rang up he said its a late 84 5 speed SJ soft top model with about 99k`s on it.
I`ve never heard of a SJ but he wants $2500 for it.

I checked it out ,it hasn`t got any carpet ,did they come out with carpet?
look like it might leak there a bit of rust starting on the floor.and rust in the rear wheel arches apart from that its looks ok.

i still say find a decent running 1.3L if you're after a DD

the 86-88 narrow track 1.3L ones are the same price

the 4speed 1L is crap - i hope you enjoy having a top speed of 80kph with a tail wind

If you can talk him down a bit more an it has reg it may be OK but quite a few 88, 89, 90 model WT's have been going for the 3k mark, I found 2 in 2 days and grabbed both of them.

If you buy it just buy my WT's also and you'll have a WT for 3k to.
