Where to get cushy progresive rubber bump stops.

I want some good bumpstops for under the front of my Hilux that I am building.
I cant justify fitting air/hydraulic bumps just yet.
I do however plan on doing the odd jump during a comp .
Where can I find some good rubber/poly bumpstops that will soak up a hard landing?

i couldnt imagine nolothane being too cushiony, would be very harsh

im running 80 series rears in my GU and they seem great

It depends on what durometer they are made to, urethane can be made to any hardness desired from soft and squishy to just about hard as rock.

Although Im leaning towards the 80 series bump stops at the moment purely for reasons of price and availability.

If anyone has some spare 80 series rear bumpstops kicking around PM me please.

I bought these pedders bump stops in the pics below for $60 each and they come with a 2 year warranty.

I took some photos of the bump stops today.
the one on the left is cruiser rear, middle is pedders pt no.5899 , right is std Nissan.

Those pedders ones look good.
i posted a similar question a couple of months ago & now use 80 series rears in the front of my GU.
$20 each from Perth 4WD in welshpool. i think probably the best $40 i ever spent, the improvement in feel during big hits or landings is considerable.
also by my measurements they compress to the same length as nissan front bumpstops and they need to be trimmed a little to fit , hence the refer to pedders.

Find a place that sells and fits poly airs and you should get 2 for nothing or almost nothing.

Go to any 4wd shop that fits suspension and they will have a few in there bin. They are on all the prados too. I just threw about 3 pairs out.
