Front Shock Mount Failure

Post by MightyMouse »

Anyone broken the Shock Mount on the lower control arm ?

Mines sheared off through the bolt holes. and theres still shock travel left, so its not that. No damage to the shock but certainly doesn't help what passes as handling in a Feroza.

I't might be a "Mouse" thing but it might also be worth checking on yours to ensure the bolts are tight etc .

Oh goody - another part to fabricate..... but obviously something stronger is required. :x
( usual disclaimers )

It seemed like a much better idea when I started it than it does now.

Bad luck mighty. I had to put another bolt thru the mount as I wrecked the thread.
