yeah thats mine, now got tube front bumper, rover v8 (eyeing up megasquirt at the mo), auto, and toying with dropping it back down onto standard springs and still run the 36's

I think yours is probably the best road driven bundy I've seen. Looks the goods mate.

Am I Right in saying that by the looks of the photos on this thread the frontend on a Bundy has better flex than the rear??

Toyota Could of put less thought into the Passengers side Rear other than that

yeah i got to get the hoist out and see whats going on with shocks, i think the rear left needs to be alot shorter than the one i've got. its a bit of a dodgy set up, maybe work a bit on extending some bump stops as well

I got 2 and ahalf inch lift 33x13.5 tyres now

In the Pic is 2inch ironman lift that colapsed 2inchs And Hankook all terrains 33x12.5

Its about time we got our own Forum above Toyota as Bundys are clearly supperior to our big fat Toyota cousins

Hey mate, I got my snorkel made by an exhaust shop in Wodonga. Cost me about $300. I got them to plumb it into the original air intake, didn't want a crappy hat sitting on top of it, as per the shops original intentions.
I took in a usb drive with a few pics of comp trucks so they had an idea what I was after.

I'll take some pics of the engine bay to show you a bit better in the morning and post them up.

Any decent exhaust place can do this for you. You could even talk to your local 4x4 shop and see if they use anybody specifically, as they'd no doubt get enquiries, and they'd have to use an exhaust shop for some of their work anyway.

they've done a good job on the box, mine was an absolute ahole to weld

i notched mine into the panel a bit at the windscreen so it would sit a lot closer to the frame

I all ready have a plastic one there so can Follow that
I have the cutting ,grinding ,measuring sorted also arc welding
And realy welding cant be that hard just dont have the right welder

lol, yeah it just sits a lot nicer that way, i used 3.5 inch pipe, its dear tho

i used and arc, use it for all my welding, just have to go slow and make sure the cuts are nice and clean so it meets up nicely

and get familiar with the grinder lol

yeah, just got two 90degree mandrels a 45 and a length of pipe from the local exhaust place

3.5 inch

he made me get the full length cos its not popular, still have heaps left

i didn't use all of the mandrels either, there was enough left to make my dump tip on the zorst

edit: sorry it was mild too, cos i didn't want to go the shinny way :finger:
