Post by gonfellon »

hi iam running a nissan fd35t in a project 4x4.was trying to find out if i intercool it what revs would these motors pull safely.what weight?and would it crawl some big tires or pull revs to spin them. standard specs i found are 130bhp@3000rpm is that its max rpm?dont no anything on these motors only that i now own one .bit dirty at moment but seems to be strong motor and good toe vehicle from what i was told.but ive only driven it from letterbox to back garden lol as plates were handed in.so hence the project4x4

great motor.. small truck motor hence the max 3000rpm, more boost and an intercooler would be awsome as for more revs i dont think you would need it with the extra power. I think with more revs you will run into engine balance issues. good luck with the project

I'd be trying to track down gearbox and transfer case upgrades/swaps instead of engine performance. Plenty of room for an intercooler in there by the looks of it anyway!!
