Power Window Cable replacement Help

Post by eXc »

Hi Guys

94 Vitara wagon (G16b)

My drivers window dropped yesterday while winding it up, the cable got jamemd up and frayed it / spat the little pulley thing out of it's housing.

Anyone able to tell me how to put it back together? I'll obviously need a new cable, but I was playing with the existing cable yesterday and can't work out how it goes together.

I have a manual for the car, but it only has manual windows, not electric, if anyone can provide those few pages needed in a PDF/JPG I'd be gratefull.

exup250@hotmail.com if you want to send me anything.

Cheers
Chris

Ouch.

Suzuki can't buy just cables, they want $797 for the cables/motor.

found a new aftermarker whole assembly for $150 delivered, more than I would like to pay, but I guess it's not too bad. :S

You will want to make sure that its good for 5dr wagons not just 3dr's and soft tops.
