410 to 413 body bolt differences

Post by Rotazuk »

Yes I searched but must have my tongue the wrong way as nothing came up (lots of usless , for the moment , info on swapping engines etc ) and I just looked in the bible but is seems half of its missing as only the engine info list was there ???????

Anyway what is the difference in the nt and wt body mounts , from memory its the two bolts behind the front seats . Is this right ? Really want to know how easy it is to put a nt body on a wt chassis and I think you need to redrill these holes in the chassis ?

Thanks

Chris

From memory there is no difference just the 1000cc has a flat rubber mount area on the chassis where as the 1300 has recessed rubber mounts.

Been a while, but i swapped a NT hardtop onto a WT chassis (both 1.3) and i didnt have any trouble with mounts from memory.

Most 1lt's the centre bolts under the seat are removable whereas the 1.3's they are fixed studs.

Just cruzin is correct.

Also, 1.3 captive studs are longer than 1.0 and have a longer threaded section- this is due to the larger rubber body mount bushes on the 1.3.
