got a bit of a knock/clunk which sounds like its coming from the front end, i have had a look but cant find anything that stands out
the symptoms are
clunk when going slow (walking pace)
clunk when going slow (walking pace) when on full lock both ways
and a real grinding sort of sound when braking hard
though i would throw it out there before i go to a mechanic as i like to have a stab at thing first
thanks danny

Are the brake pads fuked? Caliper bolts loose?
wheel bearings tight?
Control arm bushes worn?
steering damper rooted?
Panhard bushes?
Body mounts rooted?
Cracked floor pan where floor meets firewall?
