engine questions won't start

I drove my lwb to the blue slip shop, drove it home, left it for two days and now it won't start. The battery is 12.67V. There is fuel squirting out of the pump. I replaced all the plugs, leads, rotor cap, little spinny thing inside and the coil off my working zook and it still did the same thing. Is there something i should check or is it not sounding like an elec issue?

Does it turn over and not fire or just wont turn over ?

Checked the starter motor, checked it has spark ?
