I bought a craig davies fan for the intercooler on my Terrano II. I think it was a 10 inch fan or somethng like that. It may be an 8 inch job as it is slightly smaller than the intercooler. I then made a shroud out of checker plate aluminium to cover in the corners of the square intercooler not covered by the fan. Then bolted it all to the intercooler shroud.

The polarity on the craig davies fans can be reversed so they can suck or push depending on what you want.

I had it installed then removed it after having wiring problems, but plan to re-fit it ASAP. I can post some pics when done.

This may help you. Its what gave me the idea in the first place. This guy has fitted it to his ZD30 Patrol. He seems to know his stuff.

Measure the size of your intercooler, go to your nearest auto parts store retailing the craig fans (google their site and find out there stockists), then get the fan diameter that best fits. I'm not eistein and even I was able to work it out.
