you need to undo all the body to chassis mounts should be between 8 and 12 of them. You need 50mm body lift blocks (you can buy them pretty cheap off ebay) and longer bolts. You use a high lift jack, or regualr jack with a block of wood on it to lift one side up till you can fit the blocks in. Then do the same on the other side. put in longer bolts and tighten. Voila!

Note: Things like brake lines/fuel lines/fuel fillers/bullbars/radiator hoses and even steering shafts etc. can all be affected by a body lift and you need to check that there is at least 50mm of free upward travel prior to doing the lift :)

^^^^^^^^ what he said plus,
make sure you use hitensile bolts for strength, do one bolt/ block at a time, most steering and clutch lines can be stretched a bit(i know the ones in early luxes are wound in circles so just unwinding a bit will give enough clearance). get extended brake lines made or buy a kit, when finished fitting all bolts/ blocks, check to make sure your fuel filler hose is long enough, your radiator fan shroud isnt hitting the radiator fan, and that you can get the gearstick into all gears without any probs.
when i did my 2inBL, i couldnt get into reverse so out with the grinder, did a little trimming and good to go,
take your time and check everything while your raising.
good luck
