So from what I read there, I can still run Basic Modified with my 75 series running 35's but I can't use my locker.The difference is in the Extreme Modified and Outlaw.
1. Standard Increase in tyre size only
2. Basic Modified 1 form of traction control ie locker. 35inch tyre are deemed a form of traction control
3. Extreme modified is for cars that are locked front and back tyre size to 35inch
4. Outlaw must have roll cage and window nets with helmets.

LSD, LOCKERS OPEN OR WELDED AT THE END OF THE DAY IT COMES DOWN TO DRIVE RIGHT CHOOSE THE RIGHT LINE FOR YOUR CAR

to run 33's on most cars you will lift at least 2inch and most come standard lsd rear so basically you end up with slightly moded
which caters for people new to 4wding and people who have daily drivers or people who dont want to spend massive amounts of money .

keep it as is and support the rules rather then tearing up
make it easy for brendan and the other people behind the very fun event and park that they supply all us 4wheelers

You would be in the Extreme modified class. The way I read it is if you have open centres and 35" tyres with a 3" lift or less then you are basic modified. A locker in the front of the jeep will go better, in any truck, its been proven over and over.
