f truck lift?

hey guys does any 1 know if 4x4 lift kits are compatable with the 2wd models. its a 2wd f250 single cab 2005, a lad i know is tryn to get about 7 inch lift, i dont know why thats just what he wants to do. been trying to convince him to do 2+2+2 to keep it legal. for the suspension is this just a matter of offset caster bushes, longer shocks and springs? thanks

googled it can only find up2 4 inch lift kits. and cant find any info on wether they go on 2wds?

Yep for sure, there are plently of kits in the US, should be ok here as rancho just bring their US stuff here.

You just have to pick what height you want to rise to... as I think the F250 kits can go over 20 inch lifts, I'm fairly sure you can get a 24 inch lift, not sure but just out the US car/truck kits websites.

You can get 20inch lift kits for F350's that pretty crazy, seeing mack like trucks lifted that high.

Anyway i take your not exactly after a 20+inch lift but yeah you can get what ever you want.

The 2wd stuff wont fit the 4wd. Rear ends are same, but thats it.
There are left and right hand drive kits. They are not universal.
James at PGS in Victoria is a guru on them and has a mountain of stock there. You'll need to call him.
Otherwise Rocket Sport trucks know their stuff.
Ray at 4wd1 has had a lot to do with f truck stuff also.

are left and right hand lift kits like when you put your shoes on the wrong feet, they still fit but it feels weird??.
