drum to disk axle question

im converting my new project to a disk rear end, will the axles and centre out of the drum rear wnd fit in? and do i just need a few new brake lines to hook the calipers up?
85 hi top drover, 31s, 2 inch exended shackles 2 inch bl.
88 tb42 swb mav,35 claws, 4 inch lift

no the drum axles dont fit. they a bit shorter and the studs are a different pattern. from memory the brake lines are different aswell.

Brake lines are the same, on both disk and drum. But the axles are different lengths. You could theoretically keep the drum axle tube and just bolt on the disk and caliper ends with a little adjustment but hen you would need custom length axles, not an easy/cheap option. So the easiest way is to just swap the whole axle assembly over.
