Brakes dont hold on a hill

Post by 4wheelsdriven »

Gday fellas, my brakes dont hold on a hill or when i brake while reversing they are fine while stoping when vehicle is going foward. Thought i would put a post up and see if this has happened to anyone else before i go out to the shed and start pulling them apart. I have a 1978 BJ 40 drums front and rear uses no fluid and pedel feel is good they just dont pull when going backwards. Any ideas would be great hopefully i get a chance to have a look during the week. Thanks
