the gearbox transfer and diff all have gears in them.... =] that what was missing , i cant remember the spec working with oils on tap all day you just fill till it runs out the hole and someone else worries about the rest =]
Beep. Beep. Beep.. Whats that sound? Oh Look Its Just Another ZD30 On A Tow Truck.. =)

What torque? Tighten it till it strips and then back it off half a turn.

Gearbox - 75w oil VMX75 by castrol is OK
4WD - 3.9 L
2WD - 2.2 L

Auto - Dextron II
Dry Fill 6.5 L
Drain & Refill 2.4L

Diff - Normal 90 weight oils around 2.2 L per diff front and rear
for rigid axle, and 1.6 L for independant front axle

Transfer Case use the same as gearbox should take between 1.1 and 1.6 L depending on the gear type.

Hope this helps

unless your running a locker, rear oil needs to be LSD grade oil.
