TIGERZ II WINCHES any good

Anyone know if there's much of a physical size difference between these 12,000lb Tigerz and all the typical 9000lb winches for sale (ie Ironman etc)?
I'm keen on the Tigerz for the money purely for the 20kg weight difference with plasma rope, but 12000 is a big fk off winch for a 4Runner (though it is getting fat)

the 12000lb wasnt available at my time of purchase.

There can't be much difference. I just fitted a Tigerz11 12,000lb to a factory bar on a GU with no issues, except i had to flip the winch (upside down) for the holes and fairlead to line up properly. So basically when the winch is new (unused) with the rope spooled on, you have to respool it again before you use it??, and the black heat shrink near the hook should be threaded down the rope and put on the first run of rope clsest to the drumm and when respooling it should be done under load, and on a 30 deg angle???

also, the heat shrink at the hook end, stays at the hook end. the drum end already has a protective sheath over it. that big lump of heat shrink at the hook is easier to handle than the rope i find, and its where it is most likely to get damaged.
