Tough Dog vs Old Man Emu

Post by Jack S »

Looking to do a 2 inch suspension lift in my 2007 dual cab hilux!

Now i am just looking at what brand i should go for. ANY SUGGESTIONS??

Ive been looking at the Tough Dog gear (got qouted best price at $1600), than was told that OME are round same price and better quality.

* So just asking the question of what brand would be recommended for australian conditions (doesnt have to be only TD and OME)??

Thanks

The 2 brands in the subject I wouldnt get to excited over, we remove more of those 2 brands to replace with Bilsteins, than any other brands, or original equipment.

We put together a Bilstein Platinum kit for the Hilux when it was first released, works extremely well, better valved, and more travel than the TRD set up had, if we could find something that worked better than these, we would be selling them instead.

[And our new monotube remote res units may just be that ;) ]

Thats why its a "kit" ;)

Comes with leaves, bushes, coils and u bolts.

Even comes with up to 7 different variants of leaf depending on load/use/accessories.
